Bio

Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, Kim moved to Bluffton, SC in February of 2000. Having lived close to New York City which she frequently visited, she developed a love for the beauty industry and fashion at an early age. Over the last 27 years, Kim has worked in management, hospitality and marketing and prides herself on her management and guest relations skills. Though not a licensed cosmetologist, Kim entered an amazing educational journey when she began working with previous owner Danielle Keasling in 2012.

Over the years, Kim has attended many classes in the industry including the Business Immersion at Bumble and Bumble in New York City, local color and product knowledge classes, industry classes in Orlando, FL and many business management and social media classes. She has managed and built a team at Salon Karma that is not only creative and highly skilled, but extremely passionate about their careers and all of the clients they service.

Kim is committed to continuing education for her staff and to grow Salon Karma and her team. Her team will continue to stay on top of the latest hair cutting and coloring techniques, hair extensions as well as the latest fashion and beauty trends. Kim is the mom to three amazing boys, Michael, Stephen and Daniel who are the loves of her life and is married to her biggest supporter, local Executive Chef Eric Seaglund.
